History & background
The Crystal Mosque opened in 2008 on Wan Man Island in Terengganu's Islamic Civilisation Park. Glass and steel walls reflect light — especially striking at night when illuminated.
Though popular with tourists, it fully functions as a house of worship with capacity around 1,500. A symbol of Islamic modernisation in Terengganu.
